MOJO Volleyball began in the Spring of 2011.  It was created by Youth Director, John Delaney due to the demand for high quality, fundamental instruction in the Northern Virginia area.  Coach John is an elementary school PE instructor with a masters in Physical Education and Athletic Training.  With the help of Mahrya O'Connor Delaney, the current club President, they were able to form MOJO Volleyball Academy and MOJO Elite. 

MOJO Volleyball focuses on fundamental development of our student-athletes.  Our coaching strategies are built upon research-driven teaching principles. We are the leading developmental program of the region.  MOJO Elite has found the way to assure young athletes form a strong foundation of fundamental skills giving them the proper tools to grow into elite athletes.  We set out to not only teach the skills of the game but also the personal attributes of leadership, strong work ethic, responsibility, discipline and commitment.
